usually have a small number of instruments in stock. If we don't
have an instrument in stock which suits you, you can order a
custom guitar and have us build it to your own specifications.

a readymade instrument
Readymade
instruments can be purchased online, paid for by wire transfer,
bank check or money order and shipped worldwide on approval.
Online
orders for readymade instruments are processed within two days of
receiving full payment and are shipped using a trackable
courier service.
A
48 hour evaluation period applies from the date of
arrival. If you are not completely happy with the instrument, send
it back in original condition within this period for a refund of
the purchase price (less freight, insurance and a 4% restocking
fee) or a credit towards another instrument (less freight and
insurance).

about guitars that will be completed soon and ready for sale.
All
readymade guitars include a deluxe hard-shell case and priority freight to USA, UK,
Japan and most other
countries in the purchase price (please email
to find out if extra freight costs apply to your country). All
duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the
purchaser.
Ordering
an instrument to be built
We
require a 10% deposit on new orders, a 40% instalment when we begin the instrument and the balance on completion.
There is currently a wait time of about 12 months for new orders. Please
email
us for a quote and to find out our
exact waiting time at the moment.
