Hancock Archtop Guitars

I have just received my Hancock guitar, a 7-string classical, and must say that I'm over the moon.

Having spent many years playing a 7-string from Rio de Janeiro ( a Do Souto ) I was delighted when upon meeting Kim and his family that he offered to make me an instrument that would go well beyond the capabilities of the Do Souto.

The Hancock is all that was promised and more, the sound is lively, rich in tonal character and has the sweetest high register I've ever played on a nylon string guitar. It has the hallmarks of a classic guitar with great playability and an immaculate look and finish.
I look to the future with relish having this beautiful instrument with which to realise new recordings and present special concerts.

What's more, the Hancock archtops are to die for, and I'm looking forward to receiving my next order, a 7-string archtop. I played several while at Kim's house and immediately fell in love with the feel and sound of them, it's no wonder the orders are streaming in.
